Not at all. All packages can be delivered remotely — we conduct virtual consultations, share digital mood boards and 3D renders, and coordinate with your local contractors on your behalf. For Bespoke projects, we do recommend at least one in-person walkthrough if possible.

Your satisfaction is our priority. Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds (1 for Essential, 2 for Signature, unlimited for Bespoke). If the initial direction feels off, just share your feedback and we'll rework the concept until it truly reflects your taste.

Package fees cover design services only — not the cost of furniture, materials, or contractor labour. However, we leverage our trade relationships to secure exclusive discounts of up to 30% on selected brands for all our clients, which can significantly offset costs.

Yes! We offer flexible payment structures — typically a 50% deposit to begin, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. For Bespoke projects, milestone-based payment schedules can be arranged. Contact us to discuss what works best for your situation.
